A Decent Hotel Stay
I found the staff to be very friendly. Oumayma and Hasna were especially helpful, I appreciated their service. The room was spacious and clean. It had a balcony overlooking the street.
The pool had some issues. The edges felt rough and I noticed some broken concrete.

lukewarm hot tub long walk
the housekeeping was good and fast, i gotta give them that.
The room i got was supposedly a suite hot tub but it didn't feel like any suite i seen. and the hot tub? barely lukewarm, i mean seriously. plus, the walk to jemaa el-fnaa reminded me of forever. Those 25 minutes reminded me of an hour.

a lovely escape
kind staff efficient shuttle comfortable room perfect breakfast
The staff showed genuine kindness. the porter especially, were really nice too welcome us (what a lovely man!). the room was comfortable and well kept. the breakfast was perfect. A good start to each day. the airport shuttle was very efficient, which eased our travel arrangements considerably.
the upstairs pool seemed a bit cold, but this didn't really bother us much, as we were very busy exploring most days.

the location was central. it was easy to walk to different places. the staff were polite. breakfast included a good variety of options.
check-in was delayed. my room was not ready when i arrived at the time i was told to come. there was loud music from a nearby building that continued late into the night. the music made sleeping difficult. the complimentary services mentioned on the website were not provided.
